Pumped Up Kicks | Dubstep
If everyone danced like this, I’d probably enjoy going to dubstep shows.
Good Old War
I hereby declare this as the album to get me in the mood for summer.
Sallie Ford & The Sound Outside
One of my favorite bands to listen to on a Sunday afternoon. BONUS: It’s also an awesome music video!
The Odd Soul Tour
Earlier this month I got a chance to catch Mutemath’s Odd Soul Tour when it came through LA. Their new music video for “Allies” highlights this high-energy, visually amazing show, but doesn’t come close to doing it justice.
If the tour hasn’t come through your town yet, I highly suggest grabbing some tickets.
Monthly Spotify Playlist
I’ll be posting monthly playlists on Spotify. If you’re looking for some music recommendations, my username is LoganMoy. September’s playlist can be found here.
Foster The People – Helena Beat
“Pumped Up Kicks” isn’t even their best song. I highly recommend buying the album Torches.

Taking Back Sunday – Best Places To Be A Mom
I haven’t liked Taking Back Sunday since my freshman year in high school when I used to listen to their album “Tell All Your Friends” on repeat. With the return of John Nolan on guitar/vocals, the results seem like something I can get behind again.
Manchester Orchestra – Simple Math
Such an awesome music video for what I consider the best rock band on the scene today.
I can’t wait for the new Beasties
Beastie Boys are my all time favorite band. I’ve been listening to them for 20 years now. (Seriously, my dad loves them so I started listening when I was 5 years old)
They do our theme song.

Maritime
Human Hearts, available April 5, is an awesome album. Everyone should check them out.
Manchester Orchestra – April Fool
Manchester Orchestra’s “Simple Math” is going to win the Grammy for Best Alternative album next year without a doubt. Listen to a new song off of the band’s May release here.
Childish Gambino – Freaks and Geeks
Simple, yet effective.
